Next Study Group - November 15th
We had a great first study group and I wanted to thank all of the participants. Even in the 1.5 hours, we covered and learned a ton.
On November 15th, we will be reviewing Part 3 (not chapter 3), Tax Strategies, of the book Real Estate Advantages written by Sharon Lechter and Garrett Sutton. If you would like to attend please be sure to read that section at least twice and be prepared to contribute.
Please RSVP by Friday November 9th so we can be sure to order you lunch and have a space for you. Also we will be holding a CASHFLOW game in the next few weeks, please stay tuned for the exact date.

October Study Group Luncheon
It is time for the first monthly Study Group Luncheon! Attached is a breakdown of details, and below is the information about our first study group.
To start out, we are going to study one of our references, Real Estate Advantages by Sharon Lechter and Garrett Sutton. We are going to break this book down into sections that will stretch over the next few months.
For October we will read parts 1 & 2... pages 1-58. Then for November we will read part 3 which is Tax Strategies and December part 4 which is legal Strategies.
So the date of the First Study Group will be: Thursday October 18th (the 3rd Thrusday of the month).
If you do not yet have this book please let me know and I will get it to you. You are welcome to invite others, though please be sure that they read the materials and prepare for the study group....This is not a lecture but a discussion. If there is anyone in attendence that does not participate it will drag the group down. We will host other events over time that do not require preparation.

Purpose: To create a space where you can share what you have learned and design a way to apply what you have learned in our business and personal lives. The benefit of group study is you will be able to see through other people’s eyes…not just your own.
How to Prepare:
· Read the materials at least ‘2’ times
· Bring questions about anything you do not understand
· Willingness to answer the following questions…
o What is the author saying?
o How do you feel about what the author said?
o How can this information be used in our business?
o How can this information be used in your life?
What to Bring:
· Reading Materials and notes
· Open Mind
What will be provided?
· Lunch
